Crazy-hiefer Boutique LLC Returns / Refund policy
Howdy Crazy-heifers!!! We have high hopes that you will love everything you purchase from us, however we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Your happiness is VERY important to us; therefore, Crazy-heifer Boutique LLC offers a fair return policy for all!
To initiate a return please email hellocrazyheiferboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of your confirmed delivery. Please title the email RETURN REQUEST & in the body include the ORDER # & the NAME on the order. Also include the NAME OF THE PRODUCTS that you would like to return. Please add what is the purpose of the return / Exchange in the email as well.
We DO NOT provide a return label.
You will need to go to the postal services and ship back.
If you received free shipping for your order you will not be reimbursed to ship back, If you paid for shipping for your order the difference will be included in your store credit for that shipment.
You have 7 DAYS from the delivery date to return your order to us!
Once a return is confirmed as received back to the Returns Department, please allow us 7- 14 BUSINESS DAYS for us to issue you store credit in the form of an eGift Card. You can then use the eGift Card to shop for an exchange for size or something new.
Crazy-heifer Boutique offers STORE CREDIT ONLY (eGift Card) for eligible return. Respectfully, NO REFUNDS.
If your order is cancelled, funds are reversed back to a refund. If you pay with a portion via gift card, that portion is returned to a gift card
To be eligible for store credit, the item(s) must be new in packaging/new with tags/never been worn or washed. No exceptions on those understandable terms & conditions. If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost or donated to charity (if you choose not to pay for your return within 5 BUSINESS DAYS) & we will no longer accept returns from you. We must be firm on these automatic disqualifications! If we can’t resell it in new condition, we simply can’t accept it as a return!

- We DO NOT except returns IF you order the wrong size that is not our fault and there will be no refunds /returns. Please ask your Stylist to help you make the right choices and be careful when placing your order!
ALL Luxury Denim is shipped with manufacturer’s tags & MUST be returned with this mall tags attached. If you return Denim without the tags attached, the return cannot be accepted. Luxury Denim brand examples are ~ Judy Blues, Risen, KanCans, Flying Monkey, Vervet, Lovervet.
ALL unworn, personal purchases have a 7 day return window from the date of delivery
Crazy-heifer Boutique LLC is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect addresses provided by a customer. If your order arrives back to us as undeliverable, we will refund you the cost of your order, minus all shipping fees.
We do not offer re-shipping for free.
